Paul Dean has more than 30 years’ experience in global shipping, freight, and logistics, with extensive involvement in the export marine sector. His career includes senior leadership roles, most recently as Executive General Manager – Projects, Construction and Mining at Seaway.

Paul brings a practical, outcomes-focused approach to leadership, underpinned by deep industry knowledge and operational experience.

As a Director of Aussie Kidz Charity, Paul contributes his expertise to support the delivery of effective, well-managed initiatives that directly assist children and families in need. His involvement is also driven by a strong commitment to community, including his role as Vice President of the Arana Ascot Junior Girls Hockey Club.
