Roger Emmerson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across Defence, public service, and private enterprise. He currently serves as Trustee of an investment trust and Chair of a major not-for-profit organisation in the disability sector, bringing deep governance and financial oversight expertise.

A graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon, UNSW, Cranfield University (UK), and USQ, Roger holds qualifications in economics, business, project management, and marketing. As Treasurer of Aussie Kidz Charity, he is responsible for financial stewardship, ensuring strong governance, transparency, and accountability across all operations.

Roger’s long-standing commitment to community service includes his involvement with the Broadwater-Southport Rotary Club and over 25 years as a Justice of the Peace. He brings a disciplined, ethical, and service-oriented approach to his role.
